How fast do I get an alert?
Sniper and Pro users receive an alert without an added plan delay once a matching listing has been processed from a healthy source. Free has a 30-minute delay.
Which platforms are monitored?
Huurwoningen, Plaza, Stadswonen Rotterdam and SSH XL run live. Kamernet and Pararius are in recovery and return once their health score is stable enough.
What is the auto-reply feature?
With auto-reply you can use a personal message where the source provides contact details. If that isn't possible, we clearly show that you need to open the listing and respond quickly by hand.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions, no hassle.
Does it work for expats?
Yes! Our interface is available in several languages, including Dutch, English, German and Polish. You can write your auto-reply templates in any language.
How does the free plan work?
