• Alert: a notification about a new room listing
• Filter: search criteria set by the user

KamerSnipe is a notification service that informs users about new room listings on various housing platforms in the Netherlands. We:

• monitor publicly available room listings
• send alerts to users based on their filters
• are not a landlord and do not mediate rental agreements

3. Use of the service

By using KamerSnipe, you agree to:

• provide accurate account information
• not misuse the service for spam or fraud
• not automatically scrape our website
• comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscriptions and payments

KamerSnipe offers free and paid subscriptions:

• Free: limited functionality, no cost
• Paid: cancellable monthly, automatic renewal
• payments are processed via Stripe
• cancellation is possible at any time via your account settings

5. Liability

KamerSnipe:

• does not guarantee the availability of listed rooms
• is not responsible for the content of external listings
• cannot be held liable for missed opportunities
• aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee continuous availability

6. Intellectual property

All content, logos and software of KamerSnipe are our intellectual property. It is not permitted to:

• copy or reverse-engineer our service
• use our brand or logo without permission
• create derivative works based on our service

7. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. In case of significant changes we will inform you by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
